Becky began practicing yoga in 2004. The extensive practice, integrative approach to health combined with the profound life-changing process kept her coming back to her mat over and over again. She completed her 200hr RYT training in 2010 and continues to grow by taking yoga workshops with leaders; Sean Corn, Kathryn Budig, Jason Crandell, Desiree Rumbaugh, David Swenson, Baron Baptiste, and Ana Forrest, motivating her to explore her practice and teachings in many different ways.
Through her own personal journey she soon realized that sharing this practice with the community was her mission. “I love immersing myself into each class that I teach and creating the space for students to become curious about who they are. Yoga is the essence of our being- always flowing, healing, changing and discovering. I love sharing the all the sweat, laughter, and creativity in every class; watching each student transform before my eyes. I hope that students are inspired to take the experiences created on their mat as an opportunity to apply them into their lives.” As a teacher, Becky's students enjoy her openminded approach led by informative insights that help support each student through an empowering practice. Her classes encourage students to go beyond their comfort zone and develop the tools for physical and spiritual transformation.
Off the Mat:
Off of her mat Becky enjoys traveling with her husband, farmers markets, a good book, and creating new recipes. The key to her heart is through chai lattes, fresh green juices, and homemade chocolate chip cookies(Gluten-Free of course). She loves immersing herself within the community, whether it’s doing a road race, a Triathlon, a CrossFit competition, or volunteering her time in local events, she loves staying connected and learning about all walks of life.
"You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any direction you choose. You're on your own, and you know what you know. And you are the guy who'll decide where to go."
I am easy going and up for new experiences. By nature I am physically active, enjoy being outdoors, and loves a good healthy challenge My main interests include yoga, live music, and traveling. I like to keep things as simple and natural as possible, some may even consider me to be a purist. Enjoy peanut butter, tasty jams (both music & fruit), and hi top sneakers.
My first exposure to yoga was on a family vacation and involved a class that offered a brief introduction. It was about a year later that I had my first studio experience with yoga and I felt an immediate connection to the practice. I practiced regularly for nearly a year before establishing a daily practice and pursuing teacher training programs. The momentum picked up rapidly and I quickly became consumed by this ancient tradition. My first 200hr certificate was at Atlanta Hot Yoga (Hot & Vinyasa/Flow) while I also have a Level 2/3 Barkan Method certificate as well as a 200hr in Pranakriya. Yoga has shed light on and profoundly impacted numerous aspects of my life. I feel honored to be involved in this community and have the opportunity to share this gift with others.
Off The Mat:
When not on the mat I can be found reading books of various topics, traveling to new corners of the country, and exploring ways to bring fresh experiences into my life. I am naturally a curious explorer who loves adventure.

As Susan became more and more involved in her yoga journey, she had a new calling, a way to reach out and help others find their center. Susan is certified with Yoga Alliance RYT-200 under the instruction of John Merideth of OnlYoga, Atlanta. She teaches Vinyasa Flow, Hot Sequence, Ashtanga Yoga, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. Each class that she leads is considerate of each student’s needs and abilities and wants everyone to feel successful while inspiring them to reach their full potential.
